Friday 13th

Had a great crop night last Friday. As it was Friday the 13th we decided that we would offer special incentives.. We gave everyone who attended 13% off all their purchases for the night, we also had a special seat giveaway. We had 12 people attend, was 13 but you know the last minute problems arise, but everyone who attended had fun. We decorated the place with spider webs and skulls and skeletons. A lot of great work was achieved that night and Jodie and I feel so priveledged to be able to work and play with such a lovely group. Thankyou to everyone. I took some photos of the night. Just for you all to see!!!!!!!! I hope they work as they were great pics. The last one shows what time we finished. Didn't get home until 1.15p.m.
Doesn't look like the pics worked, I'll keep trying to upload.
The shop has been extremely busy the past few days, We had another Crop yesterday (this is our Tuesday Morning crop). We have to have a smaller group on a Tuesday as we have to use the back room. But all enjoyed themselves.
We now have new paper racks............ We have got rid of the old white oong ones and can fit a lot more paper in, and as well as in a smaller area. so we have more room.
The family are well and all is good.
Keep healthy and of course smiling!!!!!!!!!!

It's time......

for me to do another post......lol....I know Connie I am just a slacker....... But I have been busy.
I have enjoyed the last two Sundays OFF. and had a really relaxing time........
Saturday I went into the shop in the arvo, thinking it would be slow..... so I pulled up a chair near the back table(comfy chair) got myself a drink(if I hadn't taken some medication I would have had champagne LOL...but this time it was a cup of tea...had the left over choclates from the night befores crop turned on the TV to settle is and watch the AFL Grand Final. I started to watch the opening and then it came........the mad influx of happy scrappers who hate football and their partners had either gone to the match or were watching it at a friends or having drinks and football at home.. I was so busy, there went my relaxing afternoon.. I did get to watch the defeat of the Sydney Swans by West Coast Eagles by 1 point.. I was going for the Swans, as my team was just being held up by Carlton Yes the Bombers. They bombed out really well this year. Maybe Next Year. I think we should have a Grand Final Crop at the shop next year to accomodate those unhappy scrappers.............What do you think.
We had the two Grandkids, Taylor and Cassie stay the night and we went to Macas. they we came home and watched Stuart Little 2 then it was bed time.....Nannie and Grandpa we sooooo tired.
Then Sunday, we had a sleep in, or should I say Nannie did....lol.
We went and saw my Mum in the nursing home, then droppped Cassie off at Jodies, went to a Christening in Cranbourne then went back to Warneet for the Arvo in the sun, then back to Cranbourne to drop off Taylor at Marks, then home...A lot was achieved in the day but is was relaxing.

Then back to the Grindstone on Monday and the same routine......Breakfast, shop, Dinner Shower and Bed... for two weeks this is what it will be....Come on the 14th October. My weekend Off . A sleep in ARH!!!!!!
Keep smiling and healthy
